Factory Service

In case your audiophile masterpiece from AVM needs to be serviced, our in-house factory service will make every effort to perform the desired work or the factory overhaul as quickly as possible. All services are carried out exclusively in our own manufactory in Germany. Here, we also service legacy models or repair them by solely using original and tested parts. Thus, our work contributes to a long-term value retention of your audiophile masterpieces by AVM. In addition, we ensure optimal service quality and guarantee for our maintenance work with an individual AVM Factory Service Certificate you will receive for each of your successfully serviced AVM Audio components.

Please help us by completing this service form as detailed as possible. Once you submit the form, you will receive an e-mail with an RMA number from us (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Please print out this email and attach it to your device.

IMPORTANT: Please note your RMA number on the outside of your shipping box.

We further would like you to note that we can only provide estimates of possible repair or service costs after a detailed error analysis as part of a cost estimate onsite. For such an error analysis we will charge a service fee of 120 € + shipping + VAT in case of non-execution of the repair. Lastly, we would like to point out we, unfortunately, can not answer requests for single parts and other documents.
