S-DAC: Digital Perfection
The S-DAC module, built around the ESS 9038 PRO with four DACs per channel, is the sonic heart of the MP 8.3 S. Every high-resolution format up to DSD256 and 384/32-bit PCM is reproduced with breathtaking fidelity and naturalness. The S-DAC module is also available as an upgrade for earlier AVM components (MP, CS, SD 6.3/8.3).
