Available for CS, AS, PAS and MP models of the .3 generation from every production year • All 5.3 devices since the start of production (with tube module); 3.3 devices are simultaneously upgraded to 5.3 status • The elaborate conversion is carried out by the factory service department at the manufactory (shipment required) • The Black Edition emblem is laser-engraved into the existing top cover – the remaining appearance stays untouched; special requests are gladly accommodated • The standard Evolution .3 Masterpieces (3.3 transistor / 5.3 tube line stage) remain unchanged in the product range; the Black Edition look can be ordered as the custom option „All-Black“

With the Evolution CS 5.3 Black Edition, AVM opens a particularly exclusive opportunity to further refine the sonic performance of the Evolution Line – not only for new units, but also retroactively for existing Evolution CS .3 models. At the Heart: The Black Edition Tube Board
At the core is a newly developed, sonically optimized tube board: refined signal paths, highly selected special operational amplifiers, precision mini-MELF thin-film resistors, and black tube sockets. Especially in the sensitive analog line stage – which amplifies only very slightly, with a factor close to 1:1 – the enormous influence of these details becomes evident: music sounds more natural, more spacious, and even more immediate.
